Well, most people only use 40% of their potential lung capacity and there's a growing body of evidence on the benefits of breathwork, so we are happy to announce a new fortnightly breathwork circle led by Michael Wachter at The Elysian Centre, beginning Monday 1 May from 7.30-8.30pm, £15 per session.
