Kino Rye x Lamb House film screening: The Innocent

In 1961, ‘The Turn of the Screw’ by Henry James was turned into a spine-chilling film called ‘The Innocents’ starring Deborah Kerr.

Following our successful collaboration last year, we will be teaming up with Kino cinema Rye again to bring you a fantastic day of cinema history.

The film will be introduced by cinema history and Henry James expert Philip Horne with curator of Lamb House’s ‘Ghost Written’ exhibition Kirsty Mitchell. A perfect way to examine the famous tale through a new lens.

Tickets include all day free entry to Lamb House on Sunday 8 June to view the ‘Ghost Written’ exhibiton before the film in the Kino.

In connection with Lamb House’s ‘Ghost Written’ exhibition.
