The book signing will include a discussion with the curator and the artist about the influence of Mexico on Mick’s paintings. Mick, began showing his work at Rye Art Gallery in the ‘80s, when living in Hastings. He was featured as part of the anniversary exhibition Colony in 2022, together with Gus Cummins RA and Fred Cuming RA. Rye Art Gallery is proud to be the home to his archive of works in the permanent collection as well as his recent works that are on sale.
