Come and hear an inspiring talk by Sharon about the art and purpose of icon paintings. Not all journeys will be pilgrimages – they can be a trip to the supermarket as much as a profound inner journey. Or a trip to a sacred site. And on the icon board, the artist ritually progresses through the image in paint via a saint to the Source of Life. Come on a journey of artistic understanding at East Guldeford Church. Tea and cake offered after the talk.
