A service of Remembrance will be held in Rye, on 12 November 2023. A parade of Service, civil and youth organisations will start at Adams in the High Street at 10.40 am and march to the Town Hall where the Mayor of Rye will take the salute. At the Church of St Mary the Virgin, there will be a service starting with a welcome at 10.55 am (1055hrs).
The congregation should be seated in the Church by 10.45am. After the service, there will be an act of Remembrance and wreath laying at the Rye Town War Memorial.
