New Road Artists – Autumn Show

01-24 September 2023
Monday-Sunday 10am-4pm

From printmaking and sculpture to painting, photography, and textiles, our autumn show is an exciting exhibition of fine art and crafts from over twenty resident studio holders at Rye’s very own hub of creativity, Rye Creative Centre. The exhibition is curated by Dr. Julian Day, Gallery Director at Rye Art Gallery.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Rye’s town center, the former school, now a creative center for artists, makers, and performing artists, is very easily accessible. It also provides a large, free car park for those visiting by car.

Make sure to mark this event in your diaries and come and enjoy a wide array of art and crafts creatively exhibited in a beautifully restored former school gymnasium.

You may also be interested in our Open Studios event running on 15th September between 6pm and 8pm, and 16th September between 10am and 4pm. This is an excellent opportunity to talk first-hand to the artists and to view their work in the environment in which it was created, with the added bonus of being able to buy directly from the artist.
