The Union Rye X Michael Bagnall

The first in our guest chef series is launching this month and kicking things off is seasoned kitchen residency star Michael Bagnall.

Hailing from Melbourne Australia, Michael has been cheffing since the age of 16 and his career has taken him working across the globe and on to his now permanent home in London, where he’s cooking sell-out residencies. We are delighted to have him join us in our kitchen.

Maz and Michael combine their style, techniques and heritage for this unique tasting menu featuring highlights such as our menu staple Maldon rock oysters, this time with pickled padron, sorrel & sherry; a stunning pork shoulder steak with garlic XO sauce; as well as a quince tart & whipped sheep’s cheese to finish.

£65pp | Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th evening. See off November in style before we hit the festive season, with tables available from 530pm.
