Discover the processes and techniques of printmakers

Here, you will gain insight into the techniques, concepts, and inspirations driving the works featured in The Art of British Printmaking.

This event is led by two esteemed printmakers, Nigel Oxley and Edward Twohig, who are both elected members of the prestigious Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers in London. Nigel Oxley, an honorary member, has a rich history in the field, while Edward Twohig, who also serves as an honorary curator, brings a unique perspective to the art.

This event promises to be an in-depth look into the world of British printmaking. An exploration of the exhibition which includes many important works selected from our permanent collection.

This will be followed by an “in-conversation” with the curator Dr. Julian Day, places are limited don’t miss out!
