George Graham

I live at Winchelsea Beach in a house that was designed and built by the artist George Graham. The house (orginally called Lindisfarne)was started in 1922 and he died here in 1949 but I am very keen to know more about him and his life / family. Can anyone help?

Hello Deborah, I have belately seen your message. I know quite a bit about George Graham as I knew his artist friends William Warden and Charles Morris, and they told me much about him. I thought the name of the house was Salt Dykes. That’s the address he used in exhibitions of his work. He had a wife but no children. If you want to know more please email me at [reveal email] Thanks. Best Regards, Grant.
