On Thursday, 6th June, at 1:15pm Rye will be holding a short free event outside Rye Town Hall to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day.
Contributions from: Ryebellion Drummers, The Town Crier (who will give the official anniversary Cry), The Mayor ( Andy Stuart ) , Colonel Kimber, The Rector Paul White , Martin Bruce and ending with a Communal Singalong of WW2 songs!
The event will include a Minutes Silence for the fallen.
