Noel Varley has spent much of his life living and working on Rye’s waterfront. A former boatbuilder in Rye he has a vast range of vintage photos and engaging tales. With an encyclopaedic knowledge of Rye and its history, and a keen eye for the changing face of his home town, Noel’s talk is sure to entertain and inform in equal measure.
