Rye Fine Wines will be hosting acclaimed chef Kyle Tatner as part of Rye Bay Scallop week.
Kyle will be cooking a couple of wonderful Rye Bay scallop dishes and we will be providing our fabulous wines to match the dishes, either by the glass or bottle to accompany them. The menu is as follows:
Crispy Panko Breaded Scallop and Pressed Pork Belly Miso Mayo
Shredded Smoked Beef Brisket Tasca Flatbread, Smoked Rye Bay Scallop, Crisp Asian Salad, Soy and Sesame Glaze
Tatners Smoked Fish Chowder, pan fried Rye Bay Scallops, Garlic and Rosemary Flatbreads
There is no booking, it’s on a first-come-first-served basis. Take-aways will also be available.
