Autumn Mindfulness and Wellbeing Walk in Rye

Explore the High Weald on your doorstep: Did you know that the High Weald is a medieval landscape of wooded, rolling hills studded with sandstone outcrops; small, irregular-shaped fields; scattered farmsteads; and ancient routeways. It covers parts of Kent, Sussex and Surrey at the heart of South East England, including Rye and the River Tillingham. Join Groundwork South for a mindfulness wellbeing walk along the banks of the River Tillingham and up into Rye Cemetery, starting and finishing at Rye Community Garden., Love Lane, Rye, TN31 7NE

This walk can be adapted to be accessible or those with wheelchairs and buggies, in which case we may not go up to the cemetery.

For more information please contact Philippa: 07736132771

You can book on Eventbrite, or by contacting Philippa directly.

We are able to run this walk thanks to funding from Sussex Lund, a charitable fund of Lisbet Rausing and Peter Baldwin’
