Rye in East Sussex Town Guide

3 Candles as Pottery Mark

Good afternoon,

I’m new to this group but Tabby Cole from Rye pottery suggested I contact you regarding a large bowl so have in my possession.

Tabby seemed to recognise the Incised mark but couldn’t assist further and suggested you good people as my next enquiry.

Thanks in advance,

Neil Marsh

It’s probably three needles, in which case it’s by Leslie Davey who was the Art teacher at Thomas Peacock. Hope this helps.
