Hi IIan,
My granddad was also James William Tiltman. He married Florence Violet Anne Louise (Stavies) and had two boys Chris and Andrew. They lived in Arlington Gardens Margate. They were divorce and he had two more boys Rodger and IIan so I think we are related.
