JoJo is a Yoga Alliance Professionals Teacher has studied with some of the leading teacher trainers in the UK, with a particular interest in the therapeutic benefits of yoga.
Inspired by the beautiful alignment and grace of Slow Vinyasa Flow, these classes connect movement with breath and stillness to restore a vibrant sense of inner wellbeing.

JoJo’s studios are fully equipped with yoga props to find space, length, and balanced alignment in each pose, optimising the flow of energy whilst allowing a steadiness of breath. Classes include a restorative pose and beautiful guided relaxation for a sense of peace and tranquility.
