Rye Fish Market will be running shucking demonstrations, talks and tastings on both Saturdays and Sundays during Rye Bay Scallop Week.
Throughout the day from 10:30am – 3pm our team will be running shucking demonstrations, Q&As – and will be discussing all things scallops … where they are caught, what the sea beds are like, the best way to cook and eat them …
There will also be scallops available to try!
