Cobbler Tea Rooms

Can anyone tell me if the Cobbler Tea Rooms still exist? If so, any photos out there? Visited in 1970! and just bought a pen and ink drawing from Rye local artist David Burns dated 1980 from my local antiques mall in Hertfordshire!
