Is there a wireless broadband provider – or internet cafe in Rye ?

A bit of a limited choice really, there is a computer shop in the covered market on the first floor. The last time that I was in there they had just one internet terminal for customer use. There was an internet cafe by the station but they closed due to lack of demand.
