I am a single, non smoking, mature woman with house trained cat looking for unfurnished property to rent on a long term basis. No fixed ideas about type of property but must have outdoor space.
Rural/semi rural/edge of town/on the beach, could be quirky, rustic, maybe some sort of conversion, but does not have to be in pristine condition. Open to all options. Currently living between Hawkhurst and Flimwell.
