Hi I have a couple of rooms available in Rye.

Large double bedroom in the citadel of Rye close to the church.

A lovely double bedroom with shower room, Flat screen Freeview TV and shared use of lounge and eat in kitchen.

Shops, Pubs, Restaurants, Railway Station and Parking all within a very short walk.

To share with owner who is away some of the week in London.

The apartment is very spacious and is furnished with oil paintings, and antiques with 4 bedrooms and 2 lounges so plenty of privacy and space.

£450 per calendar month including bills and broadband access.

A second luxury double bedroom with ensuite bathroom also available at £550 per month.

Suit mature responsible person who is looking for a lovely home to share.
