Does anyone know the name of the author who in recent years wrote a sequel to the Mapp & Lucia books, and if it is available?

C Walton: Tom Holt, the son of crime novelist Hazel Holt, wrote the later Mapp & Lucia books.
Hi, I’m a successful author, with a new novel out this December with Awestruck E-Books, entitled, Lost Echoes. What I’d like to know is, how would one go about finding who has the current rights to Mapp and Lucia. I’ve written a sequel, because I just couldn’t bear to see all those adventures end. And, I’d like to see if anyone would be interested in publishing it.
