I have just spent 3 days in Rye and arrived home on the 27/8/01. We can recommend the Windmill guest house on ferry Road Pauline and Bob made us feel very welcome. You must vist St Marys Church and climb the Tower the view is breathtaking.

I went to rye and it was very good and had good shops. I recommend you go to Rye.
Recently had the pleasure of dining at the Gandhi Tandoori Restaurant in Rye.
We experienced impeccable courteous and friendly service in spite of having our lively 4 year-old son with us. The restaurant was full, but the staff worked with calmness and proficiency, showed little sign of being under stress. Delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere – We live in Brighton, but will not hesitate to drive to Rye next time I fancy an Indian Meal!
Myself and my girlfriend have just experienced the pleasure of staying at Jan & Steves Hayloft nr Bickley, a wonderful retreat, highly recommended for those wanting some peace and quite in a luxurious but tranquil setting.
Ian Mihell: Yes the George is very nice place to stay
Holly Ferguson: We stayed at Wish House for All Tomorrows Parties weekend one and I can’t recommend it enough! The house is really nice and dead reasonable in terms of price (we paid abot £20 each) and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a lifetime of eating B&B. I’m not a hobo, but I know good bacon. And on top of that Mrs Sterry gave us a lift to Camber in the morning so we didn’t have to get a taxi. She does have a big dog though.
